Scriptalicious Support Gets a Facelift

If you went looking for help in our Support Center this evening, you might have noticed a few things changed.

We just finished our new Help & Support section - a hub of support options and resources. No more digging through links and forums to find the right information - we have organized all the most important resources and common problems in one place.

For those of you that have used the ticket system in the past, it hasn't disappeared. You can now submit a new ticket directly to the support team or sales team without jumping through hoops, as well as access your existing support center account.

We welcome your feedback, and look forward to many more significant improvements here on Scriptalicious.com this summer.
