If you are trying to log in to your account but you are getting an incorrect password error, try the following steps:

Double check the spelling of your username.
Make sure the password is typed correctly and the CAPS LOCK key is off.
If you are still unable to log in, reset your password by email.
If the new password is not delivered to your email address within 30
minutes, check your Junk Mail folders and any special message filters
